I have been blessed to work side by side with my husband, Scott Chapman starting way back in our Orthopedics Residency.  We were honored to be co-lecturers of orthopedics and rehabilitation for post graduate education throughout the US and Europe for 10+ years.  What an incredible experience!  We have practiced together in the South Shore for the past 30+ years. I must say, we work very well together!

My practice centers on the concept that lasting health begins with alignment—of the body, the mind, and lifestyle. My care philosophy centers around a holistic model:

“Think well, eat well, move well, be well.”

I love working with whole-person wellness strategies.  Integrating clinical nutrition with functional movement and hands-on healing has always been my practice model both personally and professionally. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I focus on uncovering root causes of dysfunction and empower patients to take an active role in their healing.  It’s an honor and privilege to be able to help and improve  the way people feel and function.

Another passion of mine is nutrition and well being.  After thousands of hours of post graduate functional nutrition courses, I have developed a strategy and program for helping many patients improve multiple clinical conditions from gastrointestinal issues to hormonal imbalances to musculoskeletal ailments.  I hold special interests in women’s health helping them heal faster from injury, perform better in sport, enhance fetal and maternal nutrition and navigate the journey through menopause.

One of my favorite things to do when not in the clinic is being together with our adult children, Carly and Luke. We love to travel together and experience new cultures and cuisines.  If  Scott and I  aren’t driving somewhere to see one of the kids play their college sport, you’ll frequently  find me in the kitchen. I love to create healthier meals, snacks and desserts  to keep us all well fed, happy  and energized.   I also enjoy being active with  cross training, gardening and being outdoors with our awesome dog, Zeke.
