I have been fortunate to provide care to the South Shore (and beyond) for all these years. It is an absolute privilege to be a trusted health professional for, in some cases, generations of family members.
My clinical experience includes working with professional, collegiate, high school and dedicated amateur atheletes in so many different sports pursuits. There is one clear thread that connects the competitive athlete with the everyday person: we all need to move! Regardless of what you need or want to be able to do, we will always work to find the root issue and create a path forward.
At my core, I am a teacher. While I have been blessed to teach at a professional level all over the US and Europe and to author textbook chapters and journal articles, what is most satisfying is to bring that passion for learning and sharing to every visit with every patient.
Today, our health care experience has become increasingly hurried and less personal. Our patients continually tell us that they so appreciate our personalized relationship-based approach to caring for them and I am grateful for having the opportunity to do just that!
My favorite pursuits outside of my professional life: Being Carol’s husband, being Carly’s and Luke’s Dad, Hiking, Skiing, Keeping fit, Sharpening my leadership skills, Serving in my church community.
